Novo Testamento (from the Greek: διαθήκη καινὴ, Kaine Diatheke) is the name given to the collection of books that make up the second part of the Christian Bible, whose content was written after the death of Jesus Christ and is explicitly directed to Christians, although within the Christian religion both the Old Testament (the first part) and the Novo Testamento are jointly considered sacred scriptures.

Novo Testamento Books
The 27 books of the Novo Testamento were written in various places and by different authors who classified their writings as inspired by the Old Testament writings. However, unlike the Old Testament, the new was produced in a short time for less than a century. These books were respected, collected, and circulated in the early church as Holy Scriptures. The fact that these books were read, cited, collected, and passed from hand to hand within the Church of the beginning of Christianity, ensures that the early church had prophetic or divinely inspired from the beginning. . The division of the Novo Testamento into sections and verses is attributed to the ammonium of Alexandria, from the third century, and the Euthalio of Alexandria13, in the fifth century DC, which continued the work of ammonium.
